Liz Fawcett Admin

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Liz Fawcett Admin processes information when authorized users connect and manage social-media accounts.

Effective October 6, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Liz Fawcett Admin (the “Service”), a private social-media management service operated by Liz Fawcett. The Service helps authorized users connect Liz Fawcett’s official social-media accounts, review eligible content, and publish that content to selected platforms.

This policy does not replace the privacy policies of Instagram or Meta, Google or YouTube, TikTok, Cloudflare, or any other third-party service you choose to use.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features used, the Service may process:

  • Authentication information: identity details provided through Cloudflare Access, such as an authorized email address and session information.
  • Connected-account information: platform account identifiers, display names, channel or profile details, granted permissions, access tokens, refresh tokens, and token expiration dates.
  • Content and publishing information: Instagram and Facebook video or Reel identifiers, captions, media URLs, thumbnails, publishing selections, destination platforms, visibility settings, upload status, and channel statistics such as subscribers, views, and video counts.
  • Operational information: timestamps, error messages, limited server logs, browser and device information, IP address, and security events used to operate and protect the Service.

The Service does not request social-media passwords. Account access is authorized through each platform’s official OAuth or login process.

3. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • authenticate authorized administrators and protect the dashboard;
  • connect official Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and supported TikTok accounts;
  • identify new videos on the connected Facebook Page, including Instagram videos shared to that Page;
  • upload videos to YouTube according to administrator-authorized automation and visibility settings, and submit TikTok posts when an authorized user approves the required publishing settings;
  • show connection status, publishing history, and error messages;
  • maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

TikTok publishing: The Service is designed to show a preview and relevant publishing settings before content is sent to TikTok. An authorized user controls whether and when a post is submitted.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to the following providers only as needed to provide the Service:

  • Cloudflare for hosting, security, access control, storage, and related infrastructure;
  • Meta, Facebook, and Instagram to authenticate accounts and retrieve authorized account content;
  • Google and YouTube to authenticate a channel and upload authorized videos;
  • TikTok to authenticate an account, retrieve creator information, and publish content selected by an authorized user; and
  • professional advisers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

This Service uses YouTube API Services. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy. Each other third-party platform processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Storage, security, and retention

The Service uses access controls, encrypted network connections, and encryption for stored platform credentials. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Connected-account credentials are retained while an account remains connected or as needed to provide the Service. Publishing history and limited operational logs may be kept for troubleshooting, security, and recordkeeping. Facebook and Instagram video files are processed for transfer to a selected destination and are not intended to be retained as a permanent media library.

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Your choices and deletion requests

You can revoke the Service’s access to your Google and YouTube account at Google security permissions. Revocation stops future access but does not itself delete videos already uploaded to YouTube; those can be managed in YouTube Studio. Authorized users may revoke access through the applicable platform’s account settings or request disconnection through the contact below. Revoking a platform connection may prevent related features from working.

To request access to or deletion of information associated with the Service, email privacy@lizfawcett.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity. We will delete or de-identify eligible information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

7. Children

The Service is a private administrative tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable method when appropriate.
